Ingredients
  • Mulard's fried leg - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L
  • Cheese curd - 1 package (150 g)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parsley fresh (herbs) - 3-4 branches
  • Bread gray or toast - 1 package
  • Mix salad - 1 package
Getting started
  1. Remove the leg from the package and heat in an oven at 180 ° C for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and two cloves of garlic.
  3. Heat the frying pan, splash a little olive oil into it and pour onion and garlic. Pass for 3 minutes.
  4. With the thigh, remove all the pulp and add to the frying pan to the browned vegetables, fry over medium heat for 3 minutes, at the end add finely chopped greens.
  5. Fry the bread on a "dry" frying pan or in the oven until golden brown. In the oven, this will take three to five minutes (depending on the size of the slice of bread) at a temperature of 200 ° C.
  6. Toasted toasts with cream cheese, put a warm duck on top. And serve as a snack - with a mix salad.
Bon Appetit!
Note

Pack the cheese curd beforehand from the refrigerator: after standing for a while at room temperature, it will take a more airy consistency, and it will be much easier to spread on toast.
